Cooking School & Farm Stays
on an Organic Farm

Immerse yourself and reconnect

Immerse yourself in life on our small, regenerative farm and eat like a farmer.

Our Seed & Spoon Culinary Farm Stays offer guests the opportunity to experience life on an organic farm and the practices of a sustainable table. Each of our farm stays is curated to introduce you to organic farming methods, farm ecosystem stewardship and the resulting culinary pleasures. Guided by your host and culinary director Tracy Hayhurst, we'll meet farmers, foragers, producers and artisans from our community to bring you an unforgettable time away.

Convivial: Relating to, occupied with, or fond of feasting, drinking, and good company.

Throughout your stay we'll share meals around our farm table. Our intimate setting evokes a getaway with friends. Book with friends and family or meet other curious minds and foodies and come away with new friends.

Make yourself at home.

After a long day of play & exploration, unwind in one of our five comfortable, elegantly furnished suites. Each of our spacious suites features sitting areas, writing desks and ensuite bathrooms. Appointed with rich natural materials and textures all of our suites offers unique touches. And since we can't resist the opportunity to treat our guests to great food on, arrival you'll find a fridge stocked with local cheese, chocolate, homemade crackers, and a selection of champagne and wines to welcome you to the farm after your travels.

Your stay at the farm

We are excited to offer a variety of different programs that highlight the work we do at the farm, showing you culinary techniques and sharing recipes to make the most of the harvest.

You’ll find programs with Guest Chefs and Wine Experts. During our mid-week farm stay guests work closely with both the farm crew and our kitchen team to delve into a deep level  of the farm to table experience. While each of our farm stays are unique, most of the farm stays follow the format below. Details for specific stays can be found on our events page.
