Steeped in the Slow Food Movement, Chef Odessa Piper will share her creative process with us demonstrating elements of the evening’s dinner while we sip wines selected by Terry Theise. Guests will enjoy a family style meal around our farm table with lively discussion of the interplay of terroir and seasonality with wine and food.
