The focal point of Seed & Spoon is our post and beam barn. Natural materials throughout offer a rustic and refined aesthetic that is truly unique. Each of our beautiful suites have unique touches with plenty of space to stretch out. You’re also welcome to peruse our library and relax in the Sun Room or explore the property where you’ll find all kinds of beautiful gems.

Hands-on Activities:
- Tuesday morning farm harvest with Farm Manager Adam Buggy.
- Tuesday afternoon Culinary Director Tracy Hayhurst will lead ice cream & sorbet making.
- Wednesday morning we’ll be busy preparing our weekly farm lunch.
- Spend Wednesday afternoon hiking in our woods, taking out the canoe on Wood Creek pond or exploring Norfolk!
- Wednesday evening’s workshop will find us cooking over the fire, including homemade s’mores.
Field Trip. Thursday visit to Beavertides Farm in Falls Village with Dan Carr and Marleen Van Gulick where they’ll introduce you to their goats, sheep, apiary and family cow Georgie. Picnic brunch in the fields will follow. Inspiration guaranteed!
Goody Bag. Among other treats you’ll find our homemade marshmallows to toast at home.
Extend Your Stay. Seed & Spoon is a great base to explore all the surrounding towns have to offer. Norfolk is a hidden gem filled with great hiking and culture and we are only about 30 minutes from Litchfield, Salisbury and Great Barrington and all the Berkshires.
