Cheese Making and Brunch with Lost Ruby Farm

Learn cheese making with Norfolk’s own Adair Mali and Antonio Guindon from Lost Ruby Farm! Adair and Antonio will lead guests through the steps of making chevre and mozzerella cheese. A seasonal brunch and with plenty of fresh cheese to follow with Seed & Spoon Culinary Director Tracy Hayhurst.

Open to the public $75 per person.
