This slightly longer farm stay gives you ample time to soak up summer on the farm and gives us time to explore local craft breweries, cheesemakers and more!

Gracious Accommodations

Our gorgeous and cozy spaces are meant to be lived in and admired. Our post and beam barn and natural materials offer a rustic and refined aesthetic that is truly unique. You’ll have ample time to explore all the wondrous hidden nooks and crannies of our farm property as well. 

Delicious meals together

  • Friday welcome dinner
  • Saturday morning pastries and coffee, hearty farm lunch, hands-on cooking class dinner
  • Festive Sunday brunch, and family style Sunday cookout

All paired with curated wines and beverages. 

  • Hands-on Learning. We’ll be cooking together from the garden with Culinary Director Tracy Hayhurst for our Saturday night cooking class. 
  • Brewery Field Trip. Visit with award winning Brewer Colin Coan at Norbrook Farm Brewery as he tours us through their facility and leads us in a tasting. We’ll build in some extra time if you want to bring your mountain bike and shred it on their amazing trails or if you want to play a round of disc golf. 
  • Cheesemaking Class. Adair Mali from Lost Ruby Chevre will share her cheesemaking skills with us and naturally, we’ll have some tasty recipes including their chevre throughout the weekend. 
  • Goody bag. Take home recipes and other delights to savor the weekend’s memories until next time!
